This is the story of an eighteen year old girl who waved to her little sister on the way to school, and then rammed into a group of children with her light truck.

In Gifu Prefecture, on the 16th at 7am, a group of 11 primary school boys were hit from behind by a light truck operated by an 18 year old girl. Amongst the boys some were hit hard in the abdomen and sustained severe injuries. The girl was arrested on the suspicion of driving with a suspended license.
