The artist  Lady Gaga arrived in Chiba on the 25th as one of the top batters for the musical event "MTV Video Music Aid Japan." After her performance she answered questions from reporters.

Lady gaga appeared wearing thick gold studded boots and no bottoms. When she removed her sunglasses, eyes could be seen painted over her eyelids which she laughed off in front of reporters saying, "What? Is something funny?" Afterward she never opened her eyes throughout the conference.
